How this works

A team sends a few paragraphs about its project; we hold that against what fine-tuning vendors publish and write back naming the ones that match, with reasons. Introductions happen only to vendors the team picks. This is an introduction service, and a vendor may pay it a fee when a project goes ahead.

What happens to a brief?

  1. Reading. We go through the task, the base model family, the examples you have, where the model has to run and any security review a vendor faces.
  2. Checking. Pricing pages, supported models, evaluation tooling, data retention wording and deployment options, as listed on each vendor's own site.
  3. Naming. A short written reply naming the vendors and the reason for each, including any that look close but miss on one point.
  4. Your call. No vendor hears about the project until you pick the introductions you want. Saying no to all of them is fine.

What is off the table?

  • Datasets, prompts, completions and checkpoints stay with you; we have no upload and would not open such files anyway. A description of the data is enough.
  • We do not take payment from teams, negotiate prices or sign anything on anyone's behalf.
  • We do not run fine-tuning jobs, test vendors or audit their security. The scorecard is built from published information only.
  • No vendor named here owns, sponsors or has endorsed this site.

Where does the money come from?

When a team we introduced signs with a vendor, some vendors pay Best LLM Fine-Tuning Companies for the referral. The vendor pays it, never the team, and it is the site's only income.

Questions about our role

Do you charge the team that asks for a shortlist?

No. Any fee is paid by the vendor, and only once it has signed work with a team we introduced. Teams are never billed.

Does a fee change the scorecard?

No. Scores come from what each vendor publishes, using the method on how we score. Whether a vendor pays introduction fees is not one of the criteria and does not move a square.

Can I ask for one particular vendor?

Yes. Name it in the brief. We will still tell you if its published terms look like a poor fit for what you described.

How do I get my details removed?

Write to the contact address in the privacy notice asking for deletion and the request is erased. The do not sell or share page covers opting out of introductions.

Step 1 of 3

Where is the company based?

Vendors differ on the entities and data regions they accept, so location trims the list.

Leave out data, samples, prompts and credentials. A plain description of the project is enough to shortlist vendors.
