This site makes introductions, and any fee comes from the vendor after work is agreed. Details are on how this works.
Who is responsible for your details
Best LLM Fine-Tuning Companies (bestllmfinetuningcompanies.com) is run by Joe Trewick trading as Grub Leads, which is responsible for your personal data. You can contact us at support@grubleads.com.
Best LLM Fine-Tuning Companies is a matching service. We do not do the work ourselves. We introduce you to a local fine-tuning vendor, who pays us for the introduction.
Details on file after a request
When you use the quote form we collect:
- your name, phone number, email address and ZIP code
- the details you give about the job, such as size, use, budget and timing
- your IP address, the page you sent the form from, and the wording you agreed to
Why we use it
We use your details to find a local fine-tuning vendor who can help with your request. We rely on your consent, which you give when you send the form.
We then contact you to tell you which firm we have found. We only pass your details to that firm after you tell us you are happy for us to. If we cannot find a firm within a reasonable time, we tell you and delete your request.
If you stop part way through the form, we keep what you entered so far for the same purpose, and delete it if the request is not completed.
We do not send you marketing, and we do not sell your details to anyone else.
Who sees it
Your details go to:
- the fine-tuning vendor we name to you, and only after you agree
- the companies that host this website and store our records for us, under contracts that protect your data
Retention
We keep your name, phone number, email address and IP address for 12 months, then delete them. We keep a record of the request without those details, so we can count how many requests the site receives.
Where records live
Shortlist requests sit in a hosted database used only for this purpose. Analytics records page views without cookies.
Copies, corrections and erasure
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email us and we will reply within 45 days.

Cookies and visit statistics
We count visits with a privacy-friendly tool that does not use cookies or identify you. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
US state privacy choices
Several state privacy laws treat a paid introduction (a fine-tuning vendor paying us after we pass along a team's contact details) as trading in personal data. Opting out takes one email, explained on our opt-out page, and each opt-out goes in a dated log.
Under certain state laws you may additionally request the specific personal information held about them, correct it, erase it, and exercise any of those rights without penalty. Nothing you send feeds ad targeting. Requests from anyone under 16 are not knowingly accepted.
Consent records
A complaint under federal or state telemarketing rules may surface long after a request, which is why we hold the consent record for five years: the moment you gave it, the IP address and page it came from, the consent sentence you saw and any phone number entered. Your name and email address, by contrast, follow the twelve-month clock described earlier.
Nothing technical, please
The form asks for a description of your project, not the project itself. We do not accept training data, samples, prompts, model weights or credentials, and we ask you not to type any into the form.
